Growing up, Sammy spent her days sailing and vacationing at Rottnest Island. This stunning Western Australian destination became her second home, especially when she lived there for a year at 17. The ocean has been her playground ever since.

Although Sammy only started mermaiding in 2024, she is no stranger to the water. She’s an experienced swimmer, scuba diver, and freediver. Her underwater adventures have taken her to breathtaking locations like Australia, Fiji, Okinawa, Hawaii, Madagascar, and Bali. One of her most cherished memories is swimming with Olin, a wild dolphin in the Red Sea at Nuweiba, Egypt. Moments like these remind her why she’s so passionate about ocean life.

Mermaid Sammy has a connection to Western Australia that runs deep. As a professional model and performer since her teenage years, she’s brought life to numerous events and projects.
