What to Expect at Our MerFolk Retreat and Mermaid School

Join us for a captivating week of mermaiding from March 15-22, 2025, with the option to extend your stay for an additional week until March 29, 2025. We’ll be staying at the luxurious 5-star Iberostar Quetzal hotel, nestled in the heart of the Riviera Maya.

Your all-inclusive package includes:

7 nights in a comfortable double room at the Iberostar Quetzal.
Delectable all-inclusive food and drinks to satisfy your taste buds.
Excursions to enchanting locations such as beaches, reefs, and cenotes.
Mermaiding training to enhance your skills.

Please note that the package does not include return flights to Cancun, airport transfers, diving activities, Wi-Fi, or additional photos beyond the initial 10, which can be purchased separately. Moreover, if you wish to use silicone tails from the Mermaid Kat Shop, please contact us at least 3 months prior to travel.

Investment:

EUR 3,850 (approx. USD 4,000 / AUD 6,400) for the 7-night package.

EUR 4,750 (approx. USD 5,000 / AUD 8,000) for the 14-night package, including the extension week.

To secure your spot, a 20% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance of EUR 1,000 (approx. USD 1,000 / AUD 1,600) is required 90 days before the trip, with the final payment due 30 days prior to departure.

To participate, strong swimming skills and a basic level of fitness are mandatory, as mermaiding can be physically demanding. Rest assured, our underwater photoshoots mostly take place in shallow water, with surface support available if needed. We welcome participants of all sizes, shapes, ages, and genders, but those under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
